IDBI Bank has released the final result for candidates who participated in the Junior Assistant Manager and Assistant Manager recruitment process. The final result comes after the online examination and subsequent selection stages conducted for shortlisted candidates.

The recruitment examination was conducted on April 12, 2026, and the initial result was declared on May 8. After completing the remaining stages, the bank made the final result available on August 21, 2026.

Educational Qualification

For the Junior Assistant Manager post, candidates were required to possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university in India. General, OBC and EWS candidates were required to have at least 60% marks in graduation, while the minimum requirement for SC, ST and PH candidates was 55%.

Applicants for Assistant Manager Grade A were also required to hold a Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognised university. In addition to the academic qualification, candidates were required to have at least two years of relevant work experience, subject to the detailed conditions prescribed by IDBI Bank.

IDBI JAM and Assistant Manager Age Limit

The age requirements were calculated as on March 1, 2026. Candidates applying for Junior Assistant Manager Grade ‘O’ were required to be between 20 and 25 years of age.

For Assistant Manager Grade A, the prescribed age range was 21 to 30 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable to eligible reserved categories according to IDBI Bank recruitment rules.

Application Fee

General, OBC and EWS candidates were required to pay an application fee of Rs. 1,050. The fee for SC, ST and PwD candidates was Rs. 250.
