HTET Result 2026 Declared for PRT, TGT and PGT Levels

The Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test is conducted by BSEH to determine the eligibility of candidates for teaching positions at different levels in Haryana. The latest result covers all three categories of HTET: Level 1 for Primary Teachers, Level 2 for Trained Graduate Teachers and Level 3 for Post Graduate Teachers.

The examination was conducted on July 4 and 5, 2026, across 383 examination centres in the state. Although BSEH officially declared the HTET result on August 5, candidates had to wait for the individual scorecard and e-certificate facility, which was activated on August 22.

Candidates can now log in to the designated portal and check their marks obtained out of 150 along with their qualifying status. Those who have qualified should download and preserve their e-certificate, as it serves as an important eligibility document while applying for relevant teacher recruitment opportunities.

HTET 2026 Important Dates

The HTET application process began on December 24, 2025, and applications were accepted until January 5, 2026. BSEH released the exam city intimation slip on June 25, followed by the PGT admit card on July 1 and PRT/TGT admit cards on July 2.

The examination was conducted on July 4 and 5, while the provisional answer key was issued on July 6. Candidates were allowed to submit objections against the provisional answer key from July 6 to 9, 2026. The final result was announced on August 5, followed by biometric verification from August 10 to 12.

The scorecard and e-certificate facility became available on August 22, 2026. Candidates seeking a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet can submit an application between August 24 and October 23, 2026.

HTET 2026 Biometric Verification

Following the declaration of results, BSEH scheduled biometric verification for qualified and shortlisted candidates from August 10 to 12, 2026. Verification was arranged at designated district-wise centres, and candidates called for the process were required to appear with the documents prescribed by the Board.

A separate update was also issued regarding the biometric verification centre for Hisar district candidates. Applicants belonging to Hisar were advised to follow the revised centre information released by BSEH instead of relying on the previously allotted location.

Candidates appearing for biometric verification were required to carry their original documents along with self-attested photocopies. Since biometric verification forms part of the post-result process for the concerned candidates, applicants should retain the relevant verification documents along with their HTET scorecard and certificate.

HTET OMR Sheet Photocopy Available for Rs. 100

BSEH has also provided candidates with an opportunity to obtain a photocopy of their HTET OMR answer sheet. The online application facility for the OMR sheet photocopy opened on August 24, 2026, and will remain available until October 23, 2026.

Candidates interested in obtaining their OMR sheet photocopy are required to submit the prescribed online request and pay a fee of Rs. 100. Applicants should complete the process within the notified period, as requests submitted after the closing date may not be considered.

Important Instructions for Candidates

Candidates should access their scorecard and e-certificate only through the official BSEH or designated HTET portal and carefully verify their personal details, marks and qualifying status. If a candidate faces an issue regarding the published result or cannot locate their roll number, the relevant official notices, including the disqualified candidates information where applicable, should be checked before submitting a grievance.

Qualified candidates are advised to keep multiple copies of their e-certificate and scorecard. These documents may be required when applying for teacher recruitment vacancies in Haryana and during subsequent document verification processes.

Candidates who appeared for HTET are advised to download their scorecard and e-certificate and preserve them carefully for future use. Those wishing to obtain an OMR sheet photocopy should also complete the application before October 23, 2026, and regularly check the official BSEH website for any further notices concerning HTET.
