BPSSC declared the Havildar Instructor (Adhinayak Anudeshak) Result 2026 on August 12, 2026, under Advertisement No. 05/2026. The written examination was held on July 29, and candidates have been shortlisted for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) on the basis of their examination performance, category and applicable cut-off marks. The result has been published in PDF format with the roll numbers of successful candidates.

BPSSC Havildar Instructor Merit List 2026

BPSSC has released the written examination result in PDF format containing the roll numbers of candidates shortlisted for the Physical Efficiency Test. Candidates can search their 10-digit roll number in the document to check their qualifying status.

A total of 610 candidates have progressed to the next stage. Shortlisting has been carried out according to performance in the written examination and the applicable category-wise selection criteria.

Candidates whose roll numbers appear in the result PDF will be eligible to participate in the PET, subject to fulfillment and verification of the conditions prescribed for the recruitment.

BPSSC Havildar Instructor Cut Off Marks 2026

BPSSC has announced category-wise and gender-wise cut-off marks with the written examination result. The cut-off varies according to the candidate’s category and gender.

For the Unreserved category, the cut-off is 81 marks for male candidates and 68 marks for female candidates. The EWS cut-off is 75 marks for males and 64 for females.

Among Scheduled Caste candidates, the cut-off stands at 70 marks for males and 54 for females. For Scheduled Tribe candidates, the male cut-off is 67 marks, while a female cut-off has not been published.

The Extremely Backward Class cut-off is 75 marks for male candidates and 62 for female candidates. For the Backward Class category, the corresponding cut-offs are 77 and 64 marks. The female cut-off for BCW candidates is 63 marks.

Under EWS FFW, the cut-off is 66 marks for males and 62 for females. The male cut-off for both EBC FFW and BC FFW is 61 marks, while female cut-offs have not been published for these category combinations.

What Happens After BPSSC Havildar Instructor Result?

Candidates shortlisted in the written examination will now have to participate in the Physical Efficiency Test. The PET is the next stage for the 610 candidates who have cleared the written examination.

BPSSC has not yet announced the date of the Physical Efficiency Test. A separate notice is expected to provide the PET schedule and other candidate-specific instructions.

Qualified candidates should keep their roll number, existing examination records and relevant original certificates safely available. Details concerning the PET admit card, reporting time, venue and documents required for the test are expected to be communicated separately.
