AP High Court Law Clerk Eligible & Ineligible List 2026

The Andhra Pradesh High Court has published the results of application scrutiny, identifying applicants who have been found eligible and those who have been declared ineligible for the Law Clerk selection process.

AP High Court Law Clerk Eligibility

Applicants for the Law Clerk position were required to hold a Degree in Law from a recognized university. The qualification could have been obtained through a five-year integrated law course after 10+2 or through a three-year law course pursued after graduation.

The recruitment conditions also prescribe requirements concerning the recency of the law degree, age and other eligibility conditions specified by the High Court. Candidates should refer to the original recruitment notification for the conditions applicable to their candidature.

Candidates who are enrolled as advocates are also required to comply with the conditions concerning suspension of legal practice during the period of engagement as Law Clerk.
