National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE) has released the official MANAGE Notification 2026 inviting online applications for recruitment to Fellow posts. Salary

Selected candidates for the Fellow posts will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹75,000/-. The pay is inclusive and no additional allowances will be applicable unless specified by MANAGE.

Age Limit

The minimum age limit for applying is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 45 years. Age relaxation will be applicable as per MANAGE norms.

Eligibility criteria and requirement

Candidates must be Indian citizens and meet the specific eligibility criteria set for each post. The positions fall under Group-C and are subject to age limits and qualifications depending on the category and role.

Education

  • Junior Stenographer: Bachelor’s degree with shorthand speed of 80 wpm and typing speed of 30 wpm in English. Desirable qualifications include 2 years of secretarial experience and knowledge of computers.
  • Upper Division Clerk: Bachelor’s degree with English typing speed of 30 wpm. Desirable qualifications include 3 years of experience in Government/autonomous bodies, familiarity with government rules, and computer proficiency.
  • Junior Technical Assistant (Network Administrator): 12th pass in Science or Math with A-Level certificate or a First-Class Diploma/Degree in Electronics, IT, or Computer Science. Desirable: 2 years of networking experience and CCNA certification.
  • Multi-Tasking Staff: 10th pass with basic computer or IT certificate. Desirable skills include fluency in Hindi/Telugu and office work ability.

Salary

Junior Stenographer & Upper Division Clerk: Pay Matrix Level-4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100)
Junior Technical Assistant: Pay Matrix Level-2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200)
Multi-Tasking Staff: Pay Matrix Level-1 (₹18,000 – ₹56,900)

Age Limit

Junior Stenographer: 18–30 years for OBC, 18–32 years for ST
Upper Division Clerk & Junior Technical Assistant: 18–27 years
Multi-Tasking Staff: 18–30 years (OBC), 18–27 years (EWS); up to 40 years for departmental candidates with 3 years’ service
Relaxations applicable for PwBD, Ex-servicemen, widows, and divorced women as per Government rules

₹ 500/- for Junior Stenographer and UDC
₹ 350/- for Junior Technical Assistant and MTS
₹ 150/- for PwBD, SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, and Women candidates

Selection Process

The selection process will consist of two stages:
Stage I: Objective-type Written Examination
Stage II: Skill Test (Typing/Shorthand for Steno & UDC, Networking/Computer for JTA, and relevant tasks for MTS)
