Education
Candidates must possess a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in the relevant discipline. Clinical posts require MBBS with postgraduate qualifications such as MD/MS/DNB. For nursing posts, B.Sc Nursing or GNM with relevant experience is essential. Administrative posts require PG degrees and managerial experience. Salary
Pay levels are as per 7th CPC (pre-revised scale). For example:
- Professor: PB-IV, GP-12000
- Assistant Professor: PB-IV, GP-8700
- Senior Resident: PB-III, GP-6600

- Junior Executive Nurse: Rs. 28,404/- consolidated
- Resident Hospital Administrator: Rs. 42,264/- consolidated
Age Limit
Post-wise maximum age limits range between 30 to 70 years, such as:
- Executive Nurse: 30 years
- Junior Executive Nurse: 30 years
- Assistant Professors: 50 years
- Professors: 70 years
- Senior Residents: 45 years
- Administrative Heads: up to 62 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per ILBS and Government norms.
