The Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF), the leading professional body for banking and finance education in India, has released its official recruitment notification for 2025 inviting applications for the post of Junior Executive. A total of 10 regular posts will be filled through this recruitment drive. The institute seeks dynamic young graduates with strong academic records and aptitude for banking, management, or IT roles. Candidates will be selected through an online examination followed by a personal interview. The application process is completely online and will remain open from 29th November to 13th December 2025. Posting for selected candidates will be in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Education
Candidates must hold a graduate degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Applications with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate across all semesters. Final-year students can apply provided they submit proof of eligibility by 1st November 2025. No rounding off of marks is allowed.
Salary
The selected candidates will receive a pay scale of ₹40,400 to ₹1,30,400.
Age Limit
Maximum age: 28 years (as on 01.11.2025), i.e., candidate must be born on or after 02.11.1997.
Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules.
