Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must possess a full-time Bachelor’s Degree and a relevant PG qualification such as MBA, PGDM, CA, ICWA, MSW, or MHRM depending on the post.
Experience
- Executive Director / Sr. VP: Minimum 25 years of relevant post-qualification experience
- Sr. VP / VP: Minimum 23 years of experience in the relevant domain
Salary
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications, domain expertise, and prevailing market trends.

- Senior Vice President / Vice President: Minimum 50 years
