FCRI Trainee Engineer Recruitment 2026: Apply for 25 Graduate & Diploma Engineer Posts
Fluid Control Research Institute (FCRI), an autonomous institute under the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India, located in Palakkad, Kerala, has announced the recruitment of 25 Trainee Engineer positions on a temporary basis. This includes 15 posts for Graduate Engineers and 10 posts for Diploma Engineers in core engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, and Civil. The recruitment is open to freshers, and selection will be through a written test and interview. Eligible candidates must apply via email by 30th December 2025 (5:30 PM).

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech or 3-year Diploma in relevant disciplines from a recognized institution
- Fresh graduates and diploma holders are eligible
Salary (Stipend)
- Graduate Trainee Engineer: ₹ 28,000/- per month
- Diploma Trainee Engineer: ₹ 21,000/- per month
Age Limit
- Graduate: Maximum 30 years
- Diploma: Maximum 28 years
- Age relaxation applicable as per Government norms
Selection Process
- Written Test: 90 minutes (MCQs)
- General Aptitude (30 Questions): Logical reasoning, current affairs, numerical ability
- Technical Discipline (50 Questions): Based on core engineering subjects
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called
