Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Essential Qualification: Associate Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

Experience

• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as a Company Secretary in:
  • Government Company, Public Sector, or Private Sector company with either:
    • ₹100 Crores or more in paid-up capital, or
    • ₹100 Crores or more in annual turnover
• Desirable: Minimum 1 year’s experience handling Company Law matters in a Power Sector Government Company

Salary

• Fixed monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,03,908/-

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 25 years
• Maximum Age: 45 years (as on 01 January 2026)

Selection Process
