Salary
The selected candidate will be appointed at Pay Level 13A. The basic pay is ₹1,52,000 per month, and the approximate cost to company is ₹47 lakhs per annum. The remuneration package includes dearness allowance, HR allowance, medical benefits, housing loan interest subsidy, and other applicable allowances as per company rules.
Age Limit
The prescribed age limit is between 45 and 52 years as on 02 March 2026. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules, with up to 10 years relaxation for PwBD candidates and relaxation for Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India norms, subject to a maximum age of 55 years.
Application Fee
Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwBD categories are required to pay ₹300 as intimation charges. All other candidates, including OBC, are required to pay ₹800 as application fee. The fee must be paid through Banker’s Cheque or Demand Draft drawn in favour of “BNPM Recruitment Account” payable at Mysuru. No other mode of payment is accepted.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess a full-time graduate degree along with a full-time MBA in HR, IR, Personnel Management, MSW (HR), or equivalent postgraduate degree with a minimum of 60 percent marks from a recognized Indian university or institution. Alternatively, candidates with a full-time graduate degree and a two-year full-time postgraduate diploma in HR, IR, or Personnel Management from premier institutions such as IIM, XLRI, or XIMB with at least 60 percent marks are also eligible. A degree in Law is desirable.
Selection Process
Selection for the post of General Manager (HR & Admin.) will be carried out through a personal interview. Depending on the number of applications received, the company may adopt additional shortlisting criteria. Shortlisted candidates will be informed through email and notifications on the official website. Outstation candidates called for interview will be reimbursed second AC railway fare for the shortest route.
