The Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS), functioning under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, has invited applications for 43 vacancies across Group A, B, and C posts. This recruitment drive is intended to fill positions such as Deputy Director, Law Officer, Assistant Director, Senior Aviation Security Officer, and others on a deputation basis. Eligible candidates from Central/State Government departments, Union Territories, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), PSUs, or autonomous/recognized institutions can apply offline. BCAS Vacancy List

Education

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in the relevant field. For most Group A and B posts, a recognized university degree is required. For Group C posts such as SASA, Driver, and Dispatch Rider, candidates must be serving personnel from Police, CAPF, or Government departments holding analogous posts with the requisite driving license and experience.

Salary

The posts are offered on a deputation basis with pay as per the respective Level in the Pay Matrix:

• Deputy Director: Level-11
• Law Officer and Assistant Director: Level-10
• Senior Aviation Security Officer: Level-07
• Staff Car Driver (Grade-I): Level-05
• Staff Car Driver (Grade-II): Level-04
• Dispatch Rider: Level-02

Age Limit

As per deputation norms, candidates must not exceed the maximum age limit prescribed for deputation appointments, generally not more than 56 years as on the closing date of application.
