Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/OBC) in Comparative Literature or allied/relevant disciplines. Additionally, the candidate should have cleared NET or possess a Ph.D. as per UGC regulations (2009).
Desirable qualifications include a Ph.D./M.Phil. and teaching experience, especially with an orientation towards technology-mediated teaching methods.
Salary
Guest Faculty will receive Rs. 1,500 per lecture, subject to a ceiling of Rs. 50,000 per month, as per revised UGC 2019 guidelines. Income tax deductions apply (10% with PAN, 20% without PAN), unless an exemption certificate is submitted.
