SSWCD Punjab Recruitment 2025: Apply Online for 6110+ Anganwadi Worker and Helper Vacancies

Candidates must be residents of the concerned Gram Panchayat, Ward, or Town, and must meet the required educational and language qualifications, including mandatory passing of Punjabi at the matric level. The selection will be based on merit and may involve interviews conducted by the Block Level Committees.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Anganwadi Worker (AWW):
Must have a Graduation degree (or equivalent) and passed Punjabi at Matric level or equivalent as recognized by the Punjab Language Department. - Anganwadi Helper (AWH):
Minimum 10+2 pass and passed Punjabi at Matric level or equivalent.
Residence
- Candidates must be a resident of the concerned Gram Panchayat, Ward, or Town where the Anganwadi Centre is located.
- Certificates and eligibility must be declared/issued before the last date of submission.
Salary
Honorarium will be provided as per ICDS Scheme guidelines set by the Government of Punjab.
Age Limit (as on 10 December 2025)
- Anganwadi Worker: 21 to 37 years
- Anganwadi Helper: 18 to 37 years
- Relaxations:
- SC/BC: 5 years (up to 42 years)
- PwD/Widow/Divorced Women: 10 years (up to 47 years)

How to Apply

Step 2: Check the vacancy list for your area (Anganwadi Centre code), then fill out the online form with personal, educational, and residence details.
Step 3: Upload scanned copies of photograph, signature, 10th/12th/degree certificates, Punjabi language proof, and residence/caste certificates in PDF format.
Step 4: Pay the applicable fee via the online gateway and submit before 11:59 PM on 10th December 2025.
Step 5: Save the unique Application ID and take a printout of the form for reference.
