SFIO Recruitment 2025 for 36+ Assistant Directors, Deputy Directors, Prosecutors and Other [Deputation Basis]

The Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO), under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi, has released a recruitment notification inviting applications from eligible officers for 36 vacancies across multiple posts on a deputation/short-term contract basis. General open candidates are not eligible to apply. The vacancies include posts such as Deputy Director, Senior Assistant Director, Senior Prosecutor, and Assistant Director. Interested and eligible officers must apply through proper channel within 60 days from the Employment News advertisement date of 30th August 2025, i.e., by 29th October 2025.

Age Limit

• Maximum 56 years as on the closing date (29th October 2025).

Salary

• Deputy Director / Senior Assistant Director (Banking, Capital Market, Forensic Audit): Level-11 ₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700
• Senior Assistant Director (Investigation, Taxation) / Senior Prosecutor: Level-10 ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500
• Assistant Director (Investigation/Law): Level-8 ₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100

• No application fee is required.

Selection Process

• Applications will be screened based on deputation criteria, ACRs/APARs, vigilance clearance, and relevant service record.
• Shortlisted candidates may undergo further assessment if required.

2. Fill in details and attach necessary documents including:
   • Vigilance clearance certificate
   • Integrity certificate
   • Copies of ACRs/APARs of last 5 years
3. Forward the application through proper channel only (advance copies not accepted).
