Eligibility Criteria
Education
Candidates must have appeared in or passed Madhyamik (Class 10) or equivalent .
If higher qualification is possessed, only Madhyamik marks will be considered for merit calculation.
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2025)
General/OBC : 30 to 40 yearsSC/ST : 22 to 40 years (relaxation applied for lower age limit)
Residency
The candidate must be a permanent resident of the same village/GP where the vacancy exists.
Proof required: Ration Card , EPIC , or residence certificate from a Group-A officer .
Preference
Priority given to SC/ST candidates in case of tie in scores.
Also preferred: SHG members (Grade I/II), trained dais, and Link Workers with equal scores.
Salary
As per ASHA honorarium rules and incentives prescribed by the West Bengal Health Department.

Selection Process
90% weightage : Marks obtained in Madhyamik (Class 10)10% weightage : InterviewTie-breakers include preference to SC/ST and SHG members.
