Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have opened applications for 1,688 Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) Undergraduate vacancies under Centralised Employment Notice No. 07/2026. Registration began on October 15, 2026, and will close on November 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

The recruitment covers Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Junior Clerk cum Typist and Trains Clerk positions. Candidates need Class 12 or an equivalent qualification, with the prescribed minimum marks requirement and exemptions. The general age range is 18–30 years as on January 1, 2027.

The posts carry initial basic pay of ₹19,900 or ₹21,700, depending on the position. Recruitment includes two computer-based examination stages, document verification and medical examination under the applicable post requirements.

Applicants must have passed Class 12, also described as the +2 stage, or an equivalent examination with at least 50% aggregate marks.

The 50% requirement does not apply to:

• SC/ST candidates.
