• Senior Public Relations Officer: Master’s or PG Diploma in Journalism/Mass Communication/Public Relations or Master’s in English + PG Diploma in PR/JMC (min. 60% marks) with minimum 15 years’ experience in public/media relations and Government communication.
• Intellectual Property Officer: Graduation/Post Graduation in Science, Engineering, or Law with specialization in IP/Patent Law. Should have filed at least 30 patents. Patent Agent qualification desirable.

Salary

• Superintendent Grade–I (Accounts): Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 60,000 per month (Consolidated)
• Senior Public Relations Officer: Rs. 1,00,000 per month (Consolidated)
