Eligibility Criteria
Education
Engineering posts: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in the relevant discipline
Chemical Lab: M.Sc. (Chemistry)
Finance: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance only)
HR: MBA / PG in HRM/IR (LLB desirable)
Pharmacy: Degree in Pharmacy
IT: B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc. (Engg.) in CS/IT or MCA
Age Limit
Varies by level, maximum age up to 50 years as per RFCL norms.
Age relaxation applicable as per government rules.
Salary
Pay ranges from ₹50,000 to ₹2,80,000 per month , depending on the post (E-2 to E-8 levels).
