Rajasthan Financial Corporation (RFC), a premier financial institution of the Government of Rajasthan, has announced the recruitment of 10 Assistant Manager posts (Group ‘A’) under two categories – Technical and Law. Established in 1955, RFC plays a key role in promoting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across the state by providing industrial finance. Education & Experience
Assistant Manager (Technical)
Engineering degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil from a recognized university
Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in a government/industrial/financial institution
Assistant Manager (Law)
LLB (Professional) with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST) and basic computer proficiencyExperience Options :
2 years in Govt./Industrial/Financial Institutions, or
3 years active practice at BAR, or
LLM with no experience (but basic computer skills mandatory)
Note: All qualifications and experience should be as on 01 December 2025.
