Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd.) has opened online applications for 326 apprenticeship vacancies for 2026-27. The RCF Apprentice Recruitment 2026 covers Graduate, Technician and Trade Apprentice positions at the company’s Trombay unit in Mumbai and Thal unit in Raigad.

Online registration began at 8:00 AM on September 4 and will close at 5:00 PM on September 20, 2026. Candidates with qualifications ranging from 12th and B.Sc. to Diploma and Graduation can apply for the relevant apprenticeship discipline. Applicants must also complete the applicable NATS or NAPS registration requirements.

Selection will be merit-based using marks obtained in the prescribed qualifying examination, followed by document verification and approval of the apprenticeship contract. Depending on the trade, the training period will be 12 to 24 months and the monthly stipend will range from ₹14,600 to ₹17,300.

RCF Ltd. has announced the apprenticeship intake under the advertisement titled “ENGAGEMENT OF APPRENTICES-2026-27.” The 326 positions cover commercial, HR, engineering, chemical plant, laboratory, electrical, horticulture and medical laboratory disciplines.

RCF Apprentice Vacancy 2026

The 326 apprenticeship positions span 16 disciplines. Secretarial Assistant has the highest intake with 60 vacancies, followed by 50 each for Accounts Executive and Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant).

Candidates should select the apprenticeship discipline corresponding to their prescribed educational qualification.

Age Limit

Applicants must be between 18 and 25 years of age as of September 1, 2026.

Relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided to eligible reserved-category candidates according to the applicable apprenticeship and government rules.

RCF Apprentice Stipend and Training

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly stipend based on the category and discipline of apprenticeship. The overall advertised stipend ranges from ₹14,600 to ₹17,300 per month.

The apprenticeship period will range from 12 to 24 months depending on the trade. Apprentices may also receive access to canteen facilities and OPD medical facilities at RCF Hospital during the training period as applicable.

The engagement is an apprenticeship training programme and should not be treated as regular employment with RCF Ltd.

RCF Apprentice Selection Process

No separate written examination is specified for the apprenticeship intake. Selection will primarily be based on candidates’ academic performance in the relevant qualifying examination.

The process includes:

1. Preparation of merit list based on qualifying examination marks
2. Document verification
3. Approval of the apprenticeship contract through the applicable NATS/NAPS portal

4. Read and accept the application conditions before proceeding.

7. Upload the photograph in JPG/JPEG format up to 75 KB and signature up to 25 KB, along with any other information requested.
