PRSC Recruitment Opens for 6 Clerk, Lab Attendant, Lab Executive and Other Posts; Offline Applications Close October 5

Punjab Remote Sensing Centre (PRSC) has invited applications for six regular posts across clerical, laboratory and support cadres in Punjab. The recruitment covers Clerk, Lab Attendant, Lab Executive, Chowkidar cum Mali and Sweeper positions, with applications being accepted through offline mode until October 5, 2026.

The recruitment is being conducted under Advertisement No. 4/2026, issued on August 31. Qualifications vary by position, starting from Matric for support posts and extending to graduation, Diploma, BCA or B.Sc for clerical and technical positions. Candidates must also meet the prescribed Punjabi language requirements.

The advertised positions fall under Level 1 and Level 2, with pay ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹19,900. Selection will involve a Punjabi language qualifying test and written examination, followed by a typing, skill or physical test wherever applicable.

The application fee varies by category and is non-refundable. Payment can be made online or through a Demand Draft.

For payment through Demand Draft, it should be drawn in favour of “Director, Punjab Remote Sensing Centre” and payable at Ludhiana.

Age Limit

Applicants must be between 18 and 37 years of age as on August 1, 2026. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be available to eligible categories according to the applicable rules.

Physical Test for Chowkidar cum Mali

Applicants for the Chowkidar cum Mali post will also have to meet the prescribed physical test requirements.

PRSC Recruitment Selection Process

Candidates will first be required to qualify the Punjabi Language Test with at least 50% marks. The recruitment process also includes a written examination.

Depending on the post applied for, candidates may subsequently be called for a typing test, skill test or physical test. Document verification will also form part of the selection process.

2. Fill in the required personal, educational, experience and other details.
3. Pay the applicable application fee online or through a Demand Draft in favour of the Director, Punjab Remote Sensing Centre, payable at Ludhiana.
4. Attach self-attested copies of the required educational certificates, testimonials, experience documents and fee receipt or Demand Draft.
5. Place the completed application and supporting documents together for submission.
6. Send the application through Registered Post/Speed Post or submit it by hand to the Office of the Director, Punjab Remote Sensing Centre (PRSC), PAU Campus, Ludhiana – 141004.
7. Ensure that the completed application reaches PRSC no later than October 5, 2026.
