OICL AO Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for 300 Administrative Officer Posts
The Oriental Insurance Company Limited (OICL), headquartered in New Delhi, has announced its much-awaited recruitment drive for 2025-26 to fill 300 Administrative Officer (AO) Scale-I posts. As a premier public sector general insurance company under the Government of India, OICL offers a rewarding career opportunity for graduates from across India. This year’s recruitment includes 285 Generalist Officer posts and 15 posts for Hindi Officers. The application window will be open from 1st December to 15th December 2025, and interested candidates are encouraged to apply online via the official website. The recruitment process comprises Preliminary and Main exams followed by an interview, with a consolidated monthly pay of approximately ₹85,000. Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree or postgraduates in Hindi Translation (for Hindi Officer posts) are eligible.

Salary
Selected candidates will receive a gross monthly salary of approximately ₹85,000, inclusive of allowances.
Age Limit
The age limit for OICL AO 2025 is 21 to 30 years as on the notification date. Age relaxations:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Other categories as per Government of India rules
Application Fee
As per the previous year’s structure:
- UR / OBC: ₹1000 + GST
- SC / ST / PwBD / Internal Employees: ₹250 + GST

Selection Process
- Phase I: Preliminary Examination (100 Marks, Objective Type)
- Phase II: Main Examination (200 Marks, Descriptive & Objective)
- Phase III: Interview
- Final selection will be based on the combined marks of Main Exam and Interview.
