NSTFDC Recruitment 2026 for Deputy Manager (Project) Posts
The National Scheduled Tribes Finance and Development Corporation (NSTFDC), a government organization under the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, has invited applications for the post of Deputy Manager (Project). This recruitment drive is for two full-time vacancies based at NSTFDC’s corporate office in New Delhi. Candidates with a postgraduate degree in relevant fields such as Arts, Science, Commerce, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or Engineering are eligible to apply. Education
Candidates must hold a Postgraduate Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Science, or a Bachelor’s in Engineering (BE) from a recognized university.
Desirable qualifications include an MBA or LLB degree for added advantage.
Salary
Selected candidates will receive a salary in the range of INR 40,000 – 1,40,000 per month as per organizational norms.
Age Limit
Maximum age limit is 32 years. Age relaxations may apply as per Government of India guidelines.

- SC/ST/PwBD/ESM/Departmental Candidates: Exempted from fee
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility and called for a personal interview at the NSTFDC Corporate Office, New Delhi.
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Mere fulfillment of eligibility does not guarantee an interview call.
