NMA Recruitment 2025: Apply for System Analyst, Survey Officer, Steno & Other Posts

The National Monuments Authority (NMA), functioning under the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, has released its official recruitment notification for 2025, inviting applications from eligible officers on a deputation basis (including short-term contracts). The recruitment is for 08 vacancies at the NMA headquarters in New Delhi, covering multiple posts such as System Analyst, Survey Officer, Architectural Drawing Officer, Photo Officer, and Stenographer Grade-II. Officers from Central/State Governments, PSUs, Statutory or Autonomous Bodies are encouraged to apply through proper channels. The last date for receipt of applications is 13th October 2025.

Salary

• System Analyst: Level-10 ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500
• Survey Officer / Architectural Drawing Officer: Level-7 ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400
• Photo Officer: Level-6 ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400
• Stenographer Grade-II: Level-4 ₹25,500 – ₹81,100

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 56 years as on 13th October 2025

Selection Process

• Selection will be based on deputation criteria, eligibility verification, and document scrutiny.
• The authority reserves the right to finalize the process.

1. Download and fill the prescribed proforma from the official NMA notification.
2. Collect and attach the following documents:
   • Attested copies of APARs of the last 5 years
   • Vigilance Clearance Certificate
   • Integrity Certificate
   • Statement of Penalties (Annexure B)
3. Ensure application is routed through proper channel. Advance copies will not be accepted.
