Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Master’s Degree with at least 50% marks in Social Work, Sociology, Criminology, or Social Anthropology.
• Desirable: Ph.D. in Social Work.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in teaching or research in Social Defence or allied fields.
• Preference for candidates with teaching experience.

Deputation Conditions

• Officers holding analogous post on regular basis
  OR
• Officers with 5 years in Rs. 8000-13500
  OR
• Officers with 8 years in Rs. 6500-10500 (pre-revised scale)
• From Central/State Government, Universities, Research Institutions, PSUs, or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies.

Salary

• Pay Scale: Rs. 10000-325-15200 (pre-revised)
• Group ‘A’ post classification

Age Limit

• As per deputation norms and GOI rules for central deputation

• Essential: Postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of grassroots experience with CSOs
  • At least 3 years of experience in Social Audit
  • Proficiency in training design, documentation, MIS, evaluation studies
• Desirable:
  • MS Office & Web skills
  • Fluency in Hindi and English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Project Assistant cum Accountant

• Essential: B.Com with at least 2 years of relevant accounting experience in Govt. or Private sector
• Desirable: Working knowledge of PFMS and proficiency in computer applications
