NILERD Recruitment 2026 For Assistants (CNA CELL) and Other Posts
The National Institute of Labour Economics Research and Development (NILERD), an autonomous organization under NITI Aayog, Government of India, has issued a recruitment notification for engagement of 04 Assistants (CNA CELL) on contractual basis. The position is based at the institute’s headquarters in Narela, Delhi and is linked to important national initiatives such as the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), Aspirational Block Programme (ABP), and State Support Mission (SSM). This recruitment is Contract Based through Open Market and does not involve a regular permanent appointment. The engagement will initially be for 2 years, extendable based on performance and institutional requirement. Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 30,000 per month.

Salary
Consolidated Remuneration: Rs. 30,000 per month (All Inclusive)
The engagement is purely contractual and the selected candidates will not be entitled to DA, HRA, Gratuity, Leave Encashment, CPF/NPS, Medical facilities or other regular government benefits. Eight days of leave per calendar year will be admissible on pro-rata basis.

Selection Process
The recruitment will be conducted through:

- Interview and/or written test at the discretion of the Director-General.
