NHRC Recruitment 2026 For 39 Joint Directors, Assistant Registrars, Drivers & Various Posts

National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has released Deputation Vacancy Notice No. 03/2026 to fill approximately 39 posts on deputation or transfer basis. The vacancies include Joint Director, Assistant Registrar, Under Secretary, Senior Research Officer, Assistant Section Officer, Personal Assistant, Programmer Assistant, and Staff Car Driver. Eligible candidates from Central Government, State Governments, UT administrations, PSUs, autonomous bodies, and recognized universities can apply. Qualifications range from Master’s degree, bachelor’s degree, engineering background, to 10th pass with driving license depending on the post. Selection will be based on service records, APARs, eligibility verification, and possible interview without a written examination. Personal Assistant / Senior Research Assistant: Level-7 (Rs. 44,900 – 1,42,400)
Programmer Assistant / Data Accountant: Level-6 (Rs. 35,400 – 1,12,400)
Staff Car Driver: Level-2 to Level-5 (Rs. 19,900 – 92,300 depending on grade)
Age Limit
Maximum Age: 56 years as on the closing date of application
No age relaxation applicable as recruitment is for serving government officers on deputation
