NHPC Recruitment 2025 for 360+ ITI, Diploma, Graduate Apprentice and Other Vacancies

The National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) Limited has announced its Apprentice Recruitment 2025 under Advertisement No. NH/Rectt./03/2025. This recruitment drive offers a total of 361 Apprentice positions across NHPC’s locations in India. The posts are divided into Graduate Apprentices (129), Diploma Apprentices (76), and ITI Trade Apprentices (156). The application process began on 11th July 2025 and will continue until 11th August 2025, through the official website www.nhpcindia.com.

This opportunity is open to candidates holding qualifications such as B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E, LLB, Diploma, ITI, BSW, BPT, M.A, MBA/PGDM, PG Diploma and more. There is no interview process for selection, which will be based on merit and academic performance. The selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 depending on the role and level. The training period will generally be 1 year, which may extend to 2 years in certain cases.

Eligibility Criteria and Requirements

Education

Candidates should have completed B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E, LLB, Diploma, ITI, BSW, BPT, M.A, MBA/PGDM, or PG Diploma from a recognized institution in the relevant discipline. Refer to the official notification for post-wise qualification details.

Salary (Stipend)

• The stipend will range from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month depending on the apprentice category.

Age Limit

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 30 years
• Age relaxation applicable as per apprenticeship rules.

Selection Process

• No interview will be conducted.
• Final selection will be based on a merit list prepared from academic qualifications and weightage criteria.
