Jharkhand Rural Health Mission Society (JRHMS), under the Department of Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare, Government of Jharkhand, is recruiting 51 accounts and management professionals under the National Health Mission. The contractual vacancies are spread across State, District and Block-level positions, with Block Accounts Manager accounting for 33 of the 51 openings.

Online applications for the NHM Jharkhand Recruitment 2026 opened on August 18 and will close on September 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Eligibility relating to age, qualification and professional experience will be determined as on August 1, 2026.

The recruitment covers nine positions, including Chartered Accountant, State Finance Manager, State Accounts Manager, State Accounts Officer, Accounts Officer/State Accountant, Executive Assistant-Accounts, District Accounts Manager, Accounts Assistant and Block Accounts Manager. Post-Wise Qualification and Experience

Chartered Accountant

Candidates must be Chartered Accountants from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with at least two years of post-qualification practice or employment as a Chartered Accountant.

State Finance Manager – RCH

Applicants require Inter CA, MBA Finance, Inter ICWA, M.Com or CFA along with at least 10 years of relevant professional experience.

State Accounts Manager

Candidates need Inter CA, Inter ICWA or M.Com with knowledge of Tally and at least eight years of relevant experience.

State Accounts Officer – Urban

Applicants should possess Inter CA, Inter ICWA, M.Com or MBA Finance along with Tally knowledge and at least three years of experience. Relevant government-sector experience is preferred.

Accounts Officer / State Accountant – NTEP

Candidates require an MBA in Finance, Financial Management or Accounts with at least three years of experience in audit/accounts-related work.

Executive Assistant-Accounts – RCH

A Master’s/Postgraduate qualification in Commerce with at least 55% marks is required along with a minimum of three years of experience as an accountant.

District Accounts Manager

Candidates require Inter CA, Inter ICWA or M.Com along with computer and Tally skills and at least three years of relevant experience.

Accounts Assistant-District – RCH

Applicants need M.Com with at least 55% marks and a minimum of three years of experience as an accountant. Experience in the health sector is preferred.

Block Accounts Manager

Candidates should possess Inter CA, Inter ICWA or B.Com along with at least three years of relevant experience.

The category-wise base upper age limits as on August 1, 2026, are as follows:

For positions where professional experience is an essential qualification, the upper age limit is calculated by adding the required years of experience to the applicable base upper age limit, as prescribed in the recruitment conditions.

Candidates will be shortlisted according to the eligibility, educational qualification and professional experience requirements prescribed for the respective positions.
