The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the examination schedule for Stenographer Grade C and Grade D recruitment 2025. This recruitment drive was released for 1590 posts, and applications were accepted between 06 June and 26 June 2025. The computer-based test (CBT) for these posts will be conducted on 06, 07, and 08 August 2025. Candidates who have successfully registered for the exam can now check the exam dates and prepare accordingly.
For the SSC Stenographer Grade C and Grade D Recruitment 2025, candidates must have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from any recognized board in India to be eligible. For Grade C posts, the transcription test requires completion within 40 minutes for English or 55 minutes for Hindi, while for Grade D posts, the transcription time is 50 minutes for English and 65 minutes for Hindi. The selection process for this recruitment consists of two stages: an online computer-based test (CBT) followed by a skill test to assess stenography proficiency.
