The National Backward Classes Finance and Development Corporation (NBCFDC), a Government of India undertaking under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, has announced recruitment for the post of Deputy General Manager (Finance). Education

• Essential Qualification:
  • CA / ICWA or
  • Postgraduate Degree in Commerce from a recognized university/institute
• Desirable:
  • MBA in Finance

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of total experience, with at least 12 years post-qualification managerial experience in:
  • Project financing
  • Accounting
  • Banking
  • Financial Institutions
  • Government Departments
  • PSUs or reputed private sector organizations

Salary

• Pay scale: ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000 per month, based on experience and seniority.

Age Limit

• Maximum age limit is 50 years as of the closing date of application.

• SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen: ₹200/-
• Fee is to be paid as per instructions in the official notification.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting will be based on eligibility and experience.
