  Master’s Degree in:
  • Hindi with English as a compulsory/elective subject at the degree level

  • OR Any subject with Hindi medium and English as compulsory/elective
  • OR Any subject with English medium and Hindi as compulsory/elective
  • OR Any subject with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective or medium
• AND:
  • Recognized Diploma/Certificate in Translation (Hindi–English & vice versa)
  • OR 2 years of experience in translation work in a Central/State Government Office or PSU (if no diploma is held)

Junior Secretariat Assistant (Level 2 – ₹19,900 – ₹63,200)

• Essential Qualification:
  • Pass in 12th Standard
  • Typing Speed:
    • 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi (equivalent to 10500 / 9000 KDPH)
