Naini Aerospace Limited, a subsidiary of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, has released the official Naini Aerospace Limited Recruitment 2026 notification for the recruitment of experienced professionals on Fixed Term Employment basis. Through this recruitment drive, NAeL aims to fill 02 Group-II level vacancies for Senior Human Resource Officer and Senior Finance Officer at its aerospace manufacturing facility located in the UPSIDA Industrial Area, Naini, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. This recruitment is being conducted through direct recruitment based purely on personal interview without any written examination. The selected candidates will be appointed for a period of four years with an attractive annual CTC of ₹10.65 lakh along with multiple allowances and benefits. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

For the Senior Human Resource Officer post, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree along with a Post Graduate Degree, PG Diploma, MBA, MSW, or MA with specialization in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or Human Resource Development from a recognized institute with at least 60 percent aggregate marks. A degree in Law will be considered an added advantage.

For the Senior Finance Officer post, candidates must possess either CA, CMA, or a full-time MBA, MMS, or Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounts from an AICTE recognized institute with a minimum of 60 percent aggregate marks.

Salary

Selected candidates will be offered a consolidated CTC of ₹10.65 lakh per annum, inclusive of employer contribution to Provident Fund. The remuneration package includes Basic and Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, medical allowance, conveyance allowance, meal allowance, mobile recharge reimbursement, gratuity, PF, uniform allowance, stitching charges, shoes, and other benefits as per company rules. Annual increment or retaining allowance will be granted after one year based on satisfactory performance.

Age Limit

The upper age limit for both posts is 37 years as on 07 February 2026. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules, including 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), 5 years for SC/ST, 10 years for PwBD candidates over and above other relaxations, relaxation for Ex-Servicemen as per norms, and 5 years for J&K domiciled candidates. The overall maximum age limit after all relaxations is 50 years.

Application Fee

The application processing fee is ₹500, which is non-refundable. SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee. The fee can be paid either through Demand Draft in favour of Naini Aerospace Limited payable at SBI SME Branch, Naini, Prayagraj, or through online bank transfer to the prescribed SBI account, with payment proof attached.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of screening of applications followed by shortlisting of eligible candidates. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview at Naini Aerospace Limited, Prayagraj. Final selection will be based solely on interview performance. Shortlisted candidates attending the interview will be reimbursed third AC train fare for the shortest route upon submission of valid journey proof.
