Education
Candidates must have a minimum of 60% marks in their qualifying degrees. Disciplines accepted vary by post: Engineering or MCA for Systems, Law for Legal, CA/CMA/MBA for Finance, and broad eligibility in Humanities, Commerce, Law, Engineering, and Business Admin for other General Cadres.
Salary
Selected Management Trainees will be offered pay in the scale of ₹50,000-3%-1,60,000 (E-1 Grade). The CTC will be approximately ₹14.50 lakhs per annum.
Age Limit
Candidates must be below 28 years of age as on the last date of application (30.11.2025). Relaxations apply as per norms:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwD: 10 years
