MOIL Limited, a Schedule-A Miniratna Category-I Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Steel and India’s largest producer of manganese ore, has announced recruitment for 67 vacancies across various technical and management disciplines. Through Advertisement No. GT/MT-MGR/12/2025, MOIL invites applications for the posts of Graduate Trainee, Management Trainee, and Manager (Survey). These positions are open to qualified candidates with B.E./B.Tech, MBA, or Postgraduate Degrees in relevant fields. The positions are based at MOIL units in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. Eligibility Criteria

Education

Candidates must possess a minimum of 60% marks in the relevant qualification:

• Graduate Trainees: B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline
• Management Trainee (Geology): Postgraduate in Geology/Applied Geology
• Management Trainee (Personnel/Welfare): PG Degree or MBA (HR)
• Management Trainee (Others): Relevant MBA/PG Diploma or Engineering
• Manager (Survey): Graduate + Surveyor’s Certificate (Unrestricted) + 2 years experience in underground mining survey

Salary

• Graduate/Management Trainee: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (E-01 Grade)
• Manager (Survey): ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 (E-02 Grade)

Age Limit

• Graduate/Management Trainee: Maximum 30 years (as on 20.01.2026)
• Manager (Survey): Maximum 35 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • OBC (NCL): 3 years
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • PwBD: 10 years (UR), 13 years (OBC), 15 years (SC/ST)

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Detailed educational qualification requirements are outlined in Section III of the PESB job description.
• Typically, candidates from Engineering, Mining, or Technical backgrounds with relevant industry experience are eligible.

Experience

• Substantial experience in production, planning, mining operations, or related fields is essential.
