MHA CEPI Recruitment 2026 Short Notice Out: 38 Consultant, Surveyor and Other Vacancies Announced

The Office of the Custodian of Enemy Property for India (CEPI), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, has invited applications for 38 contractual positions at its Head Office and branch offices. The recruitment covers administrative, engineering, legal, IT and data-related positions, with postings in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Lucknow.

Surveyor accounts for the largest share with 23 vacancies, while the remaining positions include Senior Consultant, Chief Supervisor, Supervisor, Senior Legal Consultant, Project Manager (IT) and Data Analyst. Depending on the post, candidates require qualifications ranging from a Civil Engineering diploma or degree to postgraduate, MBA, MCA, law, IT and data-related qualifications along with relevant experience. CEPI Eligibility Criteria

Senior Consultant

Candidates should possess an MBA along with 10 years of relevant experience.

Chief Supervisor

A B.E. degree in Civil Engineering along with 10 years of experience is required.

Supervisor

Candidates should possess a B.E. in Civil Engineering or a postgraduate qualification along with four years of relevant experience.

Surveyor

Applicants should hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least two years of relevant experience.

Senior Legal Consultant

The requirement includes a postgraduate qualification in Law or related fields. The position is intended for eligible retired employees of the Central Government, State Government or PSUs, subject to the conditions prescribed in the vacancy circular.

Project Manager (IT)

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or postgraduate qualification in Information Technology/Computer Science, MCA or an equivalent qualification.

Data Analyst

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s or postgraduate qualification in Data Analysis, Data Science, Statistics, IT or Computer Science, or MCA, along with at least five years of relevant experience.

CEPI Salary Details

Monthly remuneration varies according to the position and required level of experience.

The Senior Consultant remuneration corresponds to the applicable Level-12/Level-13 category, while the Data Analyst position is stated at Level-08.
