MGVCL Recruitment 2025 – Apply Online for 60+ Vidyut Sahayak / Junior Engineer and Other Posts

Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited (MGVCL), along with its sister subsidiaries DGVCL, UGVCL, PGVCL, GETCO, and GSECL under Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL), has issued a notification for the recruitment of Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Engineer – Civil). A total of 62 vacancies are available across these companies. The recruitment is open to engineering graduates in Civil Engineering, and the application process is completely online, running from 15th July to 4th August 2025. Selected candidates will be posted at various locations across Gujarat.

Eligibility Criteria and Requirement

Candidates must possess a full-time B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering in regular mode from a university recognized by UGC/AICTE.
A minimum of 55% marks is required in the final year or last two semesters, without ATKT.
If the degree title is different but equivalent to B.E./B.Tech. (Civil), an equivalence certificate must be provided.

Salary

• 1st Year Fixed Remuneration: ₹48,100/- per month
• 2nd Year Fixed Remuneration: ₹50,700/- per month
• Other benefits as per company norms after completion of two years based on performance and availability of regular vacancy.

Age Limit

• Unreserved Category: Not exceeding 35 years
• Reserved Categories including EWS: Not exceeding 40 years
  Age relaxation is applicable as per Gujarat Government rules.

• First Tier Exam: Computer-Based Test
• Second Tier Exam: Computer-Based Test (for shortlisted candidates)
