Education
Candidates must have a Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or 50% for reserved categories) in the relevant subject from a recognized Indian or foreign university. In addition, they must have qualified the UGC NET or possess a PhD from a top 500 ranked global university (as per QS/THE/ARWU) to be exempted from NET. Further relaxations apply as per UGC regulations for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD candidates and for PhD holders who completed their post-graduate degrees before 19/09/1991.
