MAHADISCOM Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for 120 Finance & Accounts Vacancies Before 22 December

Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MAHADISCOM), also known as MSEDCL, has released the recruitment notification for 120 vacancies in its Finance & Accounts (F&A) cadre. The posts include Senior Manager (F&A), Manager (F&A), and Deputy Manager (F&A), offering excellent opportunities for CA, ICWA, M.Com, and MBA (Finance) qualified candidates. The application process started on 29th November 2025 and will continue until 22nd December 2025. Candidates must fulfill the Maharashtra domicile requirement and have post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, or audit to be eligible. The selection process comprises an online objective test followed by an interview. Final merit will be based on a 90:10 weightage ratio (test:interview).

Pay scales include progressive increments as per company rules.

Age Limit (as on 27.06.2025)

• Senior Manager / Manager: Up to 40 years
• Deputy Manager: Up to 35 years
  Relaxations:
• SC/ST/OBC/EWS: 5 years (for reserved category posts)
• MSEDCL employees: up to 57 years
• PwD: up to 45 years
• Orphans & Meritorious Sportspersons: 5 years

Selection Process

• Online Exam: 130 Questions, 260 Marks, 120 Minutes
  • Test of Professional Knowledge: 50 Qs – 110 Marks
  • General Aptitude (Reasoning/Quant/Marathi): 40 Qs – 40 Marks
• Interview: Merit-based shortlisting in 1:3 ratio
• Final Merit: 90% weightage to exam + 10% interview

2. Complete the registration and upload photo, signature, and all required documents.
3. Provide proof of Maharashtra domicile and reservation certificates if applicable.
4. Pay the application fee online before 22nd December 2025.
5. Submit the final form and download a copy. Printout is available until 6th January 2026.
