KUFOS Junior Research Fellow Recruitment 2026 – Walk-In Interview for 2 Posts
The Kerala University of Fisheries & Ocean Studies (KUFOS), Panangad, Ernakulam, has invited applications for the recruitment of Junior Research Fellows (JRFs) under the Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES) DOM Project titled Micro and Nanoplastics in the Deep Sea Environment (Sediments, Water, and Biota). This is a temporary research engagement for highly qualified candidates with MFSc or MSc degrees in relevant disciplines and NET qualification. The recruitment will be conducted through a walk-in interview. Interested candidates must appear in person with filled applications and all required documents at the KUFOS Headquarters.

Salary
The selected Junior Research Fellows will receive a consolidated monthly salary of ₹37,000/- plus 16% HRA as per project guidelines.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for both JRF positions is 30 years. Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India rules.
