The Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI), under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Government of India, has released a notification inviting applications for the post of Upper Division Clerk (UDC) on a deputation basis. This opportunity is ideal for candidates currently working in Central/State Governments, PSUs, or Autonomous Bodies and seeking deputation opportunities at a prestigious organization. The selected candidates may be posted at IWAI Headquarters in Noida (Uttar Pradesh) or other IWAI regional offices. There are 4 tentative vacancies, and the deputation will be for a period not exceeding three years. The last date to submit applications is 5th February 2026 (i.e., 45 days from the date of publication in Employment News).

Level-4 in the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (Rs. 25,500 – Rs. 81,100) + applicable allowances
Age Limit
Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of application (5th February 2026)
