The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Kalyani (IIIT Kalyani), an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, has announced recruitment for six non-teaching positions including Deputy Registrar, Senior Technical Officer, Assistant Registrar, Junior Engineer, and Junior Assistant. These vacancies are available both on regular and contract basis, offering opportunities to qualified postgraduates, engineering graduates, diploma holders, and degree holders. The application process involves both online registration and submission of hard copy of the application. Education

• Deputy Registrar: Postgraduate degree with minimum 55% marks and 5 years’ administrative experience in equivalent pay band.
• Senior Technical Officer: First class M.E./M.Tech with 5 years experience or B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc./MCA with 8 years experience.
• Assistant Registrar: Postgraduate degree with 55% marks; experience in administration/legal/finance preferred.
• Junior Engineer (Contract): Degree in Engineering with 2 years experience or Diploma with 5 years experience in electrical.
• Junior Assistant (Contract): Bachelor’s degree and computer knowledge.

Salary

• Deputy Registrar: Level 12
• Senior Technical Officer: Level 11
• Assistant Registrar: Level 10
• Junior Engineer (Contract): Consolidated pay
• Junior Assistant (Contract): Consolidated pay

Age Limit

• Deputy Registrar / Senior Technical Officer: Up to 55 years
• Assistant Registrar: Up to 45 years
• Junior Engineer: Up to 32 years
• Junior Assistant: Up to 27 years

➢ Step 2: Pay the application fee as per your category and upload necessary documents online.
➢ Step 3: Take a printout of the online application and send the signed hard copy along with self-attested documents (ID, age proof, educational certificates, experience, category, etc.) in an envelope superscribed with “Application for the post of __________”
➢ Step 4: Send the envelope via Speed Post/Courier to:
