IFSCA Recruitment 2025: Apply Online for 20+ Grade A Assistant Manager Posts

The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA), the unified authority regulating financial products and services at India’s GIFT City in Gujarat, has announced a recruitment drive for Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) positions in 2025. A total of 20 vacancies have been announced across General, Legal, and Information Technology (IT) streams. The selection will be made through a three-phase process including online exams and an interview. Candidates interested in a challenging regulatory role in India’s global financial hub can apply online from 11th September 2025 to 25th September 2025.

The short notification was released on 4th September 2025, and the detailed advertisement with full eligibility and exam syllabus will be available on 11th September. The postings will be at IFSCA headquarters in GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Salary

• ₹44,500 – 2,500(4) – 54,500 – 2,850(7) – 74,450 – EB – 2,850(4) – 85,850 – 3,300(1) – 89,150
• Total service span: 17 years
• Other benefits as per authority rules.

Age Limit

• Maximum 30 years as on closing date.
• Age relaxation as per Government norms.

Selection Process

• Phase I: Online Exam (Objective Type)
  • Paper 1: General awareness, English, reasoning, quantitative aptitude (100 marks)
  • Paper 2: Stream-specific questions (100 marks)
  • Negative marking: 0.25 for each wrong answer
  • Qualifying: 30% in Paper 1 and 40% in Paper 2
• Phase II: Online Exam
  • Paper 1: English Descriptive (100 marks)
  • Paper 2: Stream-specific MCQs (100 marks)
  • Negative marking: 0.25 for Paper 2
  • Qualifying: 40% aggregate to be shortlisted for Interview
• Phase III: Interview (Only shortlisted candidates from Phase II)
