ICSSR Recruitment 2026 for 15 Director, Deputy Director, Systems Analyst, Accounts Assistant, UDC and Other Posts

The Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), New Delhi, has released an official notification for the recruitment of 15 posts on a deputation (including short-term contract) basis. The recruitment targets eligible personnel currently working in Central/State Governments, Universities, and Autonomous/Statutory bodies. Vacancies are available for Director (Research), Deputy Director, Systems Analyst, Accounts Assistant, and Upper Division Clerks (UDCs). Systems Analyst/Sr. Programmer: Master’s with 50% marks in Social Sciences or Computer Science or Stats + 5 years of programming/system analysis experience.
Accounts Assistant: Graduate with 5 years’ regular service as UDC.
Upper Division Clerk (UDC): LDC with 5 years’ experience.
