Eligibility Criteria and Requirements
Education
- SRF/JRF & YP-II: Master’s in Plant Sciences (Biotechnology, Physiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Microbiology).
- PA-I: Bachelor’s degree in relevant subjects or equivalent.
Salary
- SRF/JRF: ₹ 37,000 + HRA per month
- YP-II: ₹ 42,000 (consolidated) per month
- PA-I: ₹ 20,000 + HRA per month
Age Limit
- SRF/JRF & PA-I: 35 years (men), 40 years (women)
- YP-II: 45 years (with age relaxation as per rules)

IARI Recruitment 2022 for 460+ Assistants / Graduates Posts [CLOSED]
IARI Recruitment 2022: The Indian Agricultural Research Institute IARI) is inviting applications from eligible Indian Nationals on the behalf of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) for the recruitment of 460+ Assistants Posts. A total of 71 vacancies are to be posted at New Delhi Headquarter while the rest of the posts including 391 will be placed across IARI institutes in India. The number of vacancies is tentative and may increase or decrease as per notification. Required education for eligibility of IARI Assistant vacancy is Graduation in relevant stream from a recognized university. In terms of pay, selected candidates will be paid Level 6 & 7 Pay plus allowances.
