Eligibility criteria and requirement
Candidates must hold the required educational qualifications with relevant work experience for each post. For example, Manager (Technical) requires 9 years of experience in shipbuilding or marine engineering; Deputy Project Officer roles require 5 years of domain-specific experience. For Senior Consultant roles, a minimum of 15–20 years of senior-level experience is necessary. Salary
- Manager (Technical): ₹60,000–₹1,80,000 per month (CTC: ₹17.44 lakh/year)
- Project Superintendent (Technical): ₹1,70,000 per month (CTC: approx ₹2 lakh/month with ₹4,000 annual increment)
- Deputy Project Officer (All Disciplines): ₹73,000 per month (CTC: ₹91,000/month with ₹2,500 annual increment)
- Consultant Posts: Pay to be decided as per HSL norms
Age Limit
As per HSL recruitment policy, with relaxation for reserved categories as per Government of India guidelines
