HARTRON DEO Recruitment 2025: Apply Online for 130 Data Entry Operator Posts | Last Date: 19th August 2025

Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. (HARTRON), Chandigarh, has invited applications for updating its panel of Data Entry Operators on a job work basis in accordance with the State Reservation Policy. This recruitment offers 130 vacancies distributed equally across 13 districts of Haryana, with 10 posts in each district. Candidates possessing qualifications ranging from 10+2 to Graduation with computer-related certifications and meeting the typing speed requirement can apply. Education

• 10+2 with minimum 50% marks OR Graduation with ‘O’ Level or one-year computer course.
• OR Three-year Diploma in any stream / BCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT).
• OR Matric with 50% marks and two-year Diploma in Office Management & Computer Applications.
• OR Post-Matric one-year ITI in Stenography / NCVT in Stenography with 60% marks.

Typing Speed

• Data punching speed of 9000 key depressions per hour or 150 key depressions per minute (30 words per minute).

Salary

• ₹23,400/- per month.

Age Limit

• As per Haryana Government norms (not specified in notification).

Selection Process

• Written/Typing test to be held at IDDC, Ambala and HMSDC, Gurugram only.
