HARTRON Recruitment 2025 for 170+ DEO / Data Entry Operators and Other Vacancies

The Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation (HARTRON) has released Advertisement No. Hartron/ICTET/2025-25/04 for the recruitment of 170 Data Entry Operator (DEO) posts. This recruitment drive provides a good opportunity for candidates possessing intermediate qualifications with a computer diploma to secure government job positions in various districts across Haryana. The online application process will be active from 16th August to 27th August 2025, and the written test is tentatively scheduled to begin from 9th September 2025.

Eligibility Criteria and Requirements

Education

• Candidates must have passed 12th class from a recognized board
• Must have completed a 1-year Computer Diploma from a recognized institute

Salary

• Not specified in the official notification

Age Limit (as on date of advertisement)

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 42 years
• Age relaxation applicable as per Haryana government rules

• ₹354 (inclusive of GST) for all candidates
• Payment to be made online via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking

Selection Process

• Written Test (scheduled from 09.09.2025 onwards)
• Document Verification for shortlisted candidates

3. Fill in the application form with personal and educational details
4. Upload scanned photograph, signature, and supporting documents (12th certificate, computer diploma, etc.)

6. Verify all entered information and submit the form
7. Save and print a copy of the completed application form
8. Admit cards will be downloadable from 4th September 2025 onwards
