(HARCO Bank) has invited applications for the recruitment of 02 Resource Person posts under the Business Diversification and Product Innovation Cell (BDPIC). Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Resource Person 1:
  • PG in Business/Rural/Cooperative Management
  • CAIIB qualification preferred
• Resource Person 2:
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Technology-savvy; tech degree/diploma preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in rural financial institutions, NBFCs, MFIs, Insurance, Retail, or Government/developmental institutions like SIDBI/NABARD.
• For ex-bankers: Experience in rural banking practices is mandatory.

Language Skills

• Working knowledge of English and Hindi
• Proficiency in local language required

Age Limit

• Preferred: Below 50 years
• For retired/resigned officers with suitable experience: Up to 65 years

Salary

• ₹75,000 per month + performance-based incentives

• Interview by a panel comprising:
  • CEO of State Cooperative Bank (StCB)
  • NABARD Representative
  • External Banking Expert

Note: The selection committee may relax the age limit for deserving candidates based on experience and profile.
