Eligibility Criteria and Requirement
Candidates must have passed SSC (10th) from a recognized board and possess an ITI certificate in the respective trade, issued by an institute recognized by NCVT or SCVT.

Eligibility Criteria and Requirements
Education
- Graduate: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (completed on or after 2021).
- Diploma: Full-time Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, IT, or Computer Science & Engineering (completed on or after 2021).
- ITI: Full-time ITI in Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Welder, Foundryman, or Forger & Heat Treater from a recognized institution.
- Candidates must have passed qualifying exams from institutes in Odisha and should not have prior apprenticeship experience or registration elsewhere under NATS/NAPS.
Salary (Stipend)
As per HAL/NATS/NAPS norms. 50% of the stipend will be provided by HAL and 50% through NATS via DBT to the candidate’s Aadhaar-linked bank account.
Age Limit
- ITI candidates: Maximum 23 years as on 13 August 2025 (General).
- Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10 years for PwBD candidates.
- Age limit for Graduate/Diploma apprentices as per HAL norms.
